Did you know Veriphy 4.0 now displays an 'Update' Field on numerous screens within the Veriphy Web application?
 
An 'Update' field appears on the following screens with Veriphy 4.0.  This field displays the date of the update and the person who made an update to the applicable screen:
  
  • Edit Ordering Clinician
  • Clinical Team Assignment
  • Clinical Team Devices
  • Profile Screens (OC, Specialist, Administrators)
  • Group Maintenance
  • Group Preferences

Did you know the addition and editing of Notification Devices and Events has changed slightly in Veriphy 4.0?
 
In the Ordering Clinician Profile screen, there is now an 'Add' button within the Devices and Notifications section.  The 'Add' button allows a new device to become a part of the Ordering Clinician's profile and receive Veriphy notifications.  When the 'Add' button is selected, an 'Add Device and Notification' window is displayed allowing the addition and assignment of the new device to specific Veriphy message events.  In addition, there are links within the Devices and Notifications section to Edit and Delete this information for the Ordering Clinician.

Did you know the Search functionality within Veriphy has been improved in Veriphy 4.0?
 
The Search functionality in Veriphy as been greatly improved to accommodate the need for advanced searches and easier ways to find specific Veriphy messages. Some of the additional search options include:
  • Additional Patient Search criteria 
  • Ability to Search for Open and Closed messages
  • Ability to Search on Message Status and Message Type
  • Facility Search (related to Multi-Facility functionality)

Meet Sharol Noblejas
 
Sharol Noblejas
Sharol Noblejas is an Account Manager who has been working with Nuance's Veriphy product for the past year. In this role, she anticipates her customer's needs by assessing their usage of the system and encourages them to utilize new functionality to better meet Patient Safety goals. Sharol is the first point of contact for her customers and meets with them regularly to review reporting needs, trends, new features, as well as addressing any concerns they may have.
   
Sharol enjoys singing and recently joined her church choir. She has toured with a choir to Italy and has sung for the pope. Sharol's singing has afforded her the opportunity to travel to many places including, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Sharol exercises regularly by participating in Step Aerobics and Kickboxing. Sharol also enjoys playing golf, tennis, bowling and watching her kid's sports activities (t-ball and Taekwondo).
