where you will learn how to change your
message center view by using the 'Open and
Recently Closed' filter, how to use the new
indicators included in the OC Profile to denote
which ordering physicians are top ordering

eTIPS
Did you know you can now change your
Message Center view by using the 'Open and
Recently Closed' filter?
Ever been reviewing the list of messages in
the Message Center, stepped away for a moment, and
then come back to find a message you were looking
at is no longer listed? Try using the new
view option entitled Open and Recently
Closed. This new filter is now
available in the Message Filter
drop-down list on the Message
Center tab. It is a single filter
that displays both open messages and any closed
within the last 24 hours.

Did you know you can now denote which
Ordering Clinicians are Top Ordering Physicians,
as well as if they have returned a completed
Veriphy Profile?
In order for Veriphy to be effective, your
database of Ordering Clinician profiles needs to
be accurate and up to date. You can help
ensure that by using the new indicators included
on the OC Profile:
- Radiology Top Doctor
- Laboratory Top Doctor
- Profile Returned
To access these items, log into the
Veriphy Web, and open the
Ordering Clinician profile from the
Directory. Scroll down to
the Customer Service Information,
and check the appropriate boxes for that
physician. After updating, be sure to scroll
to the bottom and click Save.

What's New
Nuance has successfully
completed a point release upgrade of their
industry leading Veriphy CTRM solution to Version
4.1 on April 16, 2010. This upgrade includes
new features and provides continued growth in the
Veriphy CTRM platform while ensuring optimal
performance and reliability for our customers.
The "What's New in Veriphy,
Version 4.1" guide is now available. This document
introduces and describes the new features in
version 4.1 that improves the speed and accuracy
with which critical test results are
handled. If you would like a copy of

Meet Julie
Riendeau
Julie Riendeau is a Project
Manager for Veriphy on Nuance's Professional
Services team. She has managed Veriphy
project implementations for more than four
years. With each customer, she develops a
successful deployment strategy for communicating
critical results within the facility. Using
her in-depth product knowledge and applying best
practices, she guides our customers through our
project methodology phases of Planning, Execution
and Go-Live. Julie lives in
Bozeman, Montana. She enjoys spending time
with her family and friends, especially her
nephews. Living in Bozeman allows her close access
to some of her favorite activities
including: fly fishing, boating, hiking, and
involvement in the national society Daughters of
the American Revolution. She also enjoys
scuba diving, snorkeling and reading.
