How to view cost savings and productivity reports

Dragon Medical One and Transcription

To view the Dragon Medical One and Transcription report, do the following:

1. Open the Analytics ribbon, Dragon Medical One group and click Cost Savings and Productivity Report. The Dragon Medical One and Transcription tab opens; it contains the Dragon Medical One and Transcription Usage graphic.
2. View the graphic by week or month and select the period you want to see data for.
3. In the Dragon Medical One Usage by Site or Dragon Medical One Usage by Group list, select a site or a group; the graphic displays the Dragon Medical One data for the selected site or group.

Dragon Medical One User Productivity

To view the Dragon Medical One User Productivity report, do the following:

1. Open the Analytics ribbon, Dragon Medical One group and click Cost Savings and Productivity Report.
2. Select Dragon Medical One User Productivity tab; the Dragon Medical One User Productivity graphics and the Dragon Medical One Users table open.
3. View the graphics by week or month and select the period you want to see data for.
4. In the View by Site, View by Group or View by Specialty list, select a site, group or specialty; the graphics display the data for the selected site, group or specialty.

Dragon Medical One User Efficiency

To view the Dragon Medical One User Efficiency report, do the following:

1. Open the Analytics ribbon, Dragon Medical One group and click Cost Savings and Productivity Report.
2. Select Dragon Medical One User Efficiency tab; the Dragon Medical One User Efficiency graphics and the Dragon Medical One Users table open.
3. View the graphics by week or month and select the period you want to see data for.
4. In the View by Site, View by Group or View by Specialty list, select a site, group or specialty; the graphics display the data for the selected site, group or specialty.

Dragon Medical One/Transcription Usage

To view the Dragon Medical One/Transcription Usage report, do the following:

1. Open the Analytics ribbon, Dragon Medical One group and click Cost Savings and Productivity Report.
2. Select Dragon Medical One/Transcription Usage tab; the Dragon Medical One Usage and Transcription Usage tables open.
3. View the graphics by week or month and select the period you want to see data for.
4. In the Dragon Medical One Usage table, select a site or group; the table displays the data for the selected site or group.
5. In the Transcription Usage table, select a specialty; the table displays the data for the selected specialty.

Dragon Medical One User Details

To view the Dragon Medical One User Details report, do the following:

1. Open the Dragon Medical One/Transcription Usage, Dragon Medical One User Productivity or Dragon Medical One User Efficiency tab.
2. In the Dragon Medical One Usage or Dragon Medical One Users table, right-click the Dragon Medical One user you want to see data for, select Drillthrough and click Dragon Medical One User Details; the Dragon Medical One User Details report opens.
3. View the graphics by week or month and select the period you want to see data for.

Dragon Medical One Savings Forecast

To view the Dragon Medical One Savings Forecast report, do the following:

1. Open the Analytics ribbon, Dragon Medical One group and click Cost Savings and Productivity Report.
2. Select Dragon Medical One Savings Forecast tab; the Cost Savings Forecast, Dragon Medical One Total Lines and Transcription Total Lines graphics open.
3. View the graphics by week or month and select the period you want to see data for.

Dragon Medical One Productivity Forecast

To view the Dragon Medical One Productivity Forecast report, do the following:

1. Open the Analytics ribbon, Dragon Medical One group and click Cost Savings and Productivity Report.
2. Select Dragon Medical One Productivity Forecast tab; the Dragon Medical One Productivity Forecast and Dragon Medical One Efficiency Forecast graphics open.
3. View the graphics by week or month and select the period you want to see data for.
