Configuring the Peer Review Preferences for a Site

NOTE: Peer Review  is a purchasable feature. Contact your Nuance sales representative for more information.

To configure the peer review preferences for a site:

1.  In the Setup group, select Site.

2.  Select Preferences. The Preferences dialog box opens.

3.  Select the Peer Review tab.

Use the following table as a guide when configuring these preferences.

Select to exclude reports created by radiologists no longer at the facility from the peer review process.

Select to require a typed comment for all levels of peer reviews, not just levels 3 and 4.

Maximum age for peer-reviewed report

Indicate at what point an exam becomes ineligible for peer review. For example, you might not want peer review to be performed on exams over two years old.

NOTE: you can override this setting for individual sites.
