On the Client Admin, App Server, attempting to generate a client publication, the following message displays:

When the Client is published, the application file is signed to validate the application. This attempts to access external web sites.

If the server the application is running and does not have web access, this process will fail.

Ask the Client to provide web access while the Client is published.
