This implies that the error is coming from another application accessing this file while Dragon is attempting to do so.

Per v1.x - 3.0.1 System Maintenance and Antivirus Requirements, the entire results folder must be completely excluded from being scanned. You cannot exclude just file extensions, because the file extensions in that folder are dynamic.
