Timeout For Launching Report Creation System Expired.

While running GE Imagecast RIS or PACS, the following message may intermittently display:

When Launching Reports from GE, this occurs commonly when the user is prompted for data (pick an attending, create a temporary order, create an addendum) in PowerScribe 360 Reporting and the user response is not quick enough.

This is a GE specific error message, related to the version the Client has installed. In GE ImageCast versions 10.8 Update 3 and higher, there is a timeout preference that can be set to higher than the default of 5 seconds that can fix this issue.

The Client should follow up with GE about this setting. Because this is a GE timeout preference, there are no workarounds to fix this issue with the PowerScribe 360 Reporting application.
