Many issues can cause this error. This issue can be caused by a roaming.ver that cannot be read by Dragon.

In the Dragon log, look for "Roaming: LoadVersions Wrong version for C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\draXXXX.tmp

Note: This particular error message should never be diagnosed just based on the content of the message.

Review the Dragon log or run it through the log parser to diagnose the issue, as this is a GENERIC error, and can be caused by many issues.

To fix the issue, on the server, rename the roaming.ver file in X:\DragonUsers\Username\current to roaming.ver.old.

Have the user login.
