When logging into RadPortal, the following message displays:

This can be caused by a problem loading the RadPortal user profile.

To fix this issue:

  1. Identify the account ID for the user in RadPortal.
  2. Login to RadPortal as a regular admin user.
  3. Go to Setup > Accounts.
  4. Find the user affected and MOUSE OVER the username:


    5. There will be a tooltip that shows the account ID.
  5. Note this number.
  6. On the RadPortal server, go to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\RadPortal\App_Data\Profile_Date and RENAME the profile AccountID_Profile.txt to AccountID_Profile.old:
