The attempt to connect to the report server failed. Check your connection information and that the report server is a compatible version.

In Version 2.0, from RadPortal > Logs > Reports, the following message may display:

This error only displays for users who have never selected a report. Once a user selects a report from the drop-down menu, the user will not see the error again. This issue is resolved in Version 2.5.
