When users attempt to create a report in PS360 from GE PACS, the following error may display:

This is error is specific to a GE configuration. This indicates that an integration timeout value is hardcoded at 5 seconds in 4.0.3 and lower. Therefore if a user is prompted for something BEFORE opening the report (such as create a temporary order, or select and attending), if the user does not respond to the prompt within 5 seconds, the message displays in PACS. In version of PACS 4.0.4 and higher, this timeout is configurable. Customer will need to upgrade PACS to GE 4.0.4 or higher.
