When logging into RadPortal, the following message displays:

This can be caused by the a problem loading the RadPortal user profile.To address, you will need to identify the account ID for the user in RadPortal. Login to RadPortal as a regular admin user, and go to Setup>Accounts. Find the user affected and MOUSE OVER the username:

There will be a tooltip that shows the account ID. Note this number.

On the RadPortal server, go to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\RadPortal\App_Data\Profile_Date and RENAME the profile AccountID_Profile.txt to AccountID_Profile.old:
