After signing a report, users are presented with the following error:

This is a problem with changes to Custom Fields made in RadPortal WHILE users are logged into the system. A custom field has been marked as Required Final or Required Approve/Prelim while users are online:

Depending on WHAT procedure codes are attached determines WHAT reports are affected. Confirm that the procedure codes are set properly (adding the correct codes as necessary).

Simply have the end users restart PS360, and they will then be prompted for the custom fields properly.
