Message:

A report for accession ACCESSION2 cannot be created because it is grouped
with accession ACCESSION1, which is associated with another report.

Trying to open a report, the following message displays:

This is a problem with the grouping number sent from the RIS:

When the same Group ID is attached to multiple orders for the same patient, users within the Client CANNOT dictate reports for these orders independently.

This group ID comes over in ORC4.

This is NOT a problem within PS360, but an available feature to force orders to be dictated together.

If this is NOT intended behavior from the Client side, there are two options:

1. Delete the orders that CANNOT be dictated on, and have them resent from RIS WITHOUT the Group ID.
   
   OR
   
   
2. Have the customer fill out a mapping change request to strip the group ID on inbound orders.
