Message:

Failed to stop service. System.InvalidOperationException: UnhandledBridge exception ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This is a known issue in PS360 3.0.1 and 3.5 (possibly earlier versions as well). The current workaround is to mark the RadBridge service to automatically restart on failure in the Windows Services:
