When attempting to select/open a study from the PS360 Explorer screen in the Client, the following message displays:

This is a problem with the report RTF, and is likely from copying/pasting reports into the Client, which causes the exception due to PS360 being unable to handle the RTF.

The only solution is to identify the accession number causing the crash from the Client and then deleting the report in RadPortal.
