An error occurred trying to load speech files. Speech functionality will be
disabled:

The user 'xxx xxx' is not found.

During login, the following message displays:

This can occur when connecting to multiple PowerScribe 360 Reporting services; for example, test and production.

To address the issue, rename the nsuser.ini, located in the same directory as the Dragon log:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Nuance\Dragon SDK Client Edition12\nsuser.ini
