Message:

Unable to load Nuance.FileUploader.Config.dll.

When installing the File Uploader on the server, the following message displays:

After receiving the message and clicking OK, the setup will state it finished successfully, but will not work.

1. Uninstall the existing load of the File Uploader. 
2. Ask another Windows user in the Administrators group to log in. If one does not exist, create a new temporary user.
3. While staying logged in with the existing user, hold down the Shift key and right-click the PS360FileUploaderSetup.exe.
4. Click on Run as different user.
5. Enter the credentials of the other Administrator account.
6. Complete the install.
