If, while a user is logging in or out of PowerScribe 360 Reporting, the application closes or the workstation reboots. An issue can occur where the WebDAV lock applied by IIS to the voice profile and may not be removed properly. If this occurs, then user may experience latency on login or logout, or possibly experience the following exception:

From IIS on the Web Server, recycle the Default App pool to clear the WebDAV lock.

If that does not clear the lock, reycle the SUS services.

If that does not work, it may require a reboot of the PS360 Application Server.
