The following message displays, when a user logged into PS360 with a null password:

This error is related to the RadWhereURL/XML master integration.

When a user is logged into PS360 with a null password (using Windows credentials or some other means via API), and PS360 attempts to launch PACS images, this message displays.

To fix this issue, login to PS360 manually, providing the password.

This issue was identified in V2.5.1, and resolved in V2.5.2.
