Intermittently, the following message displays:

This is a Windows 7 environmental variables issue, commonly seen on GE workstations.

To resolve in Windows 7:

1. From Start, and right-click Computer and then click Properties.
2. On the left side, click Advanced system settings.
3. Click Environmental Variables.
4. Add %JAVA_HOME%\bin to the "PATH" variable with a semi-colon preceding it.

Note: Steps for Windows XP would be similar.
