Launching PowerScribe 360 Reporting, the following message displays:

This is a Windows 7 TEMP and TMP environmental variables issue. To check the environmental variables:

1. Right-click My Computer and click Properties.
2. From the Advanced Settings tab, click Environmental Variables.
3. Look at the User Variables for TEMP and TMP.
   
   They are likely set to:
   
   %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
   
   
4. For Windows 7 and higher, those variables should be:
   
   %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
   
   
   
   
5. Edit the variables if necessary.
6. Once the Variables are correct, either log off of Windows, or reboot for the changes to be applied.
