AutoText Editor Voice Commands

NOTE: Voice commands are disabled when their application functions are disabled. For example, if no report is selected, the Print button is disabled, and the "Print" voice command does not work. If a report is selected (the button is enabled), the corresponding voice command is enabled. If a report or order is selected, but the status is not applicable to the command, a message box appears.

NOTE: Words in square brackets [ ] are optional.

NOTE: Voice commands that have the letters NB following their name do not beep when issued (assuming the Beep on command recognized preference is selected).

The commands in this table are listed in alphabetic order.
