The Train Words dialog box allows you to tell the system how you pronounce a word or phrase. You can access this dialog box in several ways:
When adding a word to your vocabulary (click Speech > Add Word)
When training a word or phrase (click Speech > Train Phrase)
When using the Vocabulary Editor (click Speech > Vocabulary Editor)
In the Train Phrase dialog box, you must train the word or phrase. In both the Add Word and Vocabulary Editor dialog boxes you have the option of training the word.
To train pronunciation of a word or phrase:
1. From one of the locations mentioned above, click Train. The Train Words dialog box opens and the word or phrase you want to train is displayed.
2. Position your microphone properly and click Go.
3. Dictate the pronunciation for your new word or phrase. Once recognized, the text of your new word or phrase is removed from the Train Words dialog box.
4. Click Done. The dialog box closes.
