NEW: In addition to our live, remote training courses, we now offer training videos that can be viewed on your own schedule. You can access the newly added course recordings (links listed below) and more at Nuance University.
If you do not have a login for Nuance University, use the following steps to create an account and gain immediate access to the courses:
- Click one of the course location links above to access the Nuance University login window.
- Click Create Account in the lower right-hand corner.
- Complete all required information and click Submit.
- When the Registration Confirmation appears, click Close.
- Review and accept the License Agreement.
- Select Catalog and search for Product to access the available training.

What's new with Tina?
Tina is a Web Interactive Support tool available in iSupport to assist our Producy customers with finding fast solutions to their common support questions.
Tina presents a web-centered, text-based user interface (UI) hosted on the Home tab of the customer iSupport portal. Tina offers a human-like, conversational approach when communicating with our customers, providing personalized, effortless, self-service support.Tina's intelligence increases to enhance the customer experience by constantly learning from dialoging with users.
In order to further improve our customers' experience, the Product Support Team continues to add additional content and optimize Tina's capabilities.
So, please continue to ask Tina your questions!

Meet Employee Name
Employee name is a product support engineer for Nuance's Product Technical Support team. Employee joined this team approximately 10 years ago and has worked at Nuance/Product for twenty-nine years.
Employee is extremely committed to ensuring our customers are achieving the highest level of support for their Product systems.
Employee lives in South Louisiana and enjoys fishing for crawfish/crayfish and crab with his sons, brother and friends. Employee also enjoys traveling with his youngest son as he competes in Taekwondo tournaments.
