Dragon Medical Network Edition version 2.7.3 is a service release that includes software fixes to address defects reported by Dragon Medical customers. DMNE 2.7.3 software is available on iSupport as a full installation, or service pack installer.
This service pack release is recommended for providers that experience crashes using Epic Hyperspace with earlier versions of Dragon Medical Network Edition. In addition, providers that use microphones with scanning devices, such as the Powermic with scanner, will benefit from performance improvements that enhance the speed of recognition in Cerner CoPath.
This release is optional for all other providers.
DMNE 2.6.1/2.7/2.7.2 - Runtime Error R6025 after calling command
Providers using Epic Hyperspace may encounter an error when executing Dragon custom commands. When the run-time error occurs, both Dragon and Hyperspace applications terminate without warning.
Performance issues when using CoPath
Providers using Cerner CoPath with scanning microphones, such as the PowerMic with built-in scanner, may encounter performance issues when scanning bar codes into an application.
