of the Message Details automatically tracks all
activity for the Veriphy
message?
The Activity Log of the
Message Details screen displays
the automatic tracking history of all activities
that take place for a message. The
activities listed are referred to as "Notification
Events". The Activity Log begins when a
message is created, and the most recent event is
listed at the top.
For each Notification Event, the Activity Log
entry indicates:
- Date/Time of event
- Notification Event
- Recipient - OP (Ordering Physician), SY
(System), GP (Group), CT (Clinical Team), Unit
(Nursing Unit)
- Name (Device) - Name of device as entered in
profile devices section
- Device - SMS Text (Cell), Fax, Pager, Email
- Address (Device) - Number or address of
recipient device
- Notification Event Status - Delivered, In
Queue, NS, Embargoed, Failed
The Notification Events include
alerts automatically sent by the system (as
defined per recipient and by your Usage Policy),
or actions taken on the message, including those
manually taken by Veriphy Support or Group
Administrators. The Notification Events
listed may vary per message based on the
notifications defined at the individual and Group
level. The following
table lists common Notification Events

If you have any questions or need assistance
with the Activity Log of a particular message,
please call Veriphy Support or your Account
