Did you know there is new HL7 Service Monitor Utility available for PowerScribe site administrators to have more control over the HL7 services?

The new HL7 Sevice Monitor is available for systems running PowerScribe version 5.0.1.7 or greater.

From the PowerScribe homepage, the site administrator has the ability to download and install this utility to their desktop. The utility allows the administrator to connect to the interface box and monitor the service, including the ability to start, stop, and recycle the service.

NOTE: The user login credential must have rights to access the interface box OS Service Control Manager.

Have you ever wondered who accessed a report? Do you ever need to check on the history of an accession number? Nuance has released an updated and simplified PowerScribe Version 5 audit tool to allow you, as a site administrator, to read the audit logs.

iSupportWhat's Fixed

Nuance is pleased to announce the release of PowerScribe 5.0.1.7. This release has many enhancements to improve performance in the client and administrator tools. Microsoft® Internet Explorer 9 (IE 9) is supported with this release. Additionally, all of the Crystal reports have been updated resulting into improved performance and more accurate reporting.
