Using the PowerScribe 360 | Reporting Portal

The role(s) assigned you by your administrator determine which portal you see, and what you can do there.

If you are...

You can...

A technologist

Find orders and reports; manage your user profile

A clerk or other front-desk employee

Find reports and scan related documents into the system; manage your user profile

A transcriptionist/editor

Find orders and reports; manage your user profile

An order entry clerk

Create new orders and find existing ones

An administrator or other person authorized to verify peer reviews

Find and verify peer reviews

A resident, fellow, or attending radiologist

Find orders and reports; edit reports; sign reports; sign reports as preliminary; discard reports

If you have administrative rights, you can switch to the Administrator portal at any time by selecting Administration from a drop-down list in the page heading. You can return to the PowerScribe 360 | Reporting Portal by selecting Radiologist Portal from the same drop-down list in the Administration web page heading.
