Did you know we have a new email address?

With the rebranding now complete on our image-sharing website, our support team has moved their email mailboxes to the new URL. You can reach the team at support@nuancepowershare.com.

Emails to this address will auto-generate a case in our ticketing system. Please be sure to include your case number on any follow-up correspondence.

Did you know we offer free training sessions?

As part of our effort to provide excellent customer service, we provide these free training sessions as a way for you to learn how to use the PowerShare solution and optimize your image-sharing process.

How do I register?
Register for all sessions with our simple online form: October Registration

If you have any questions, please email Melbourne.CEC@nuance.com.

Who should attend?
Administrator Module Sessions: Any individual who will be responsible for managing PowerShare at your facility (PowerShare Administrator).
Physician Lite Session: Any physician or physician support staff that needs to learn how to access and use PowerShare.

When are the classes?
Classes will be offered monthly. Please see below for the October PowerShare sessions and details on how to register. All classes are approximately 1 hour in length.

Meet Chris Reece

Chris Reece, Sr. Support Engineer at Nuance PowerShare support, joined the team in 2010. Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude from DeVry University in 2002, specializing in programming design and support. He plays a key role in the day-to-day management of our call center. He is responsible for the training of the support team and is the escalation point for our toughest support cases.

When not supporting our clients, Chris spends his free time with his wife and two children at their country home in Conyers, Ga.  He is an avid audiobooks listener and is fond of rare, out-of-print, and self-published board games.
