Reported Issues
The following issues have been reported since the support portal upgrade, affecting iSupport users:
- An intermittent issue has been resolved where accessing some URL links in iSupport and the Knowledge Base can present the error message below:
Access to the requested URI has been blocked by the URL Firewall. If you believe that you have reached this page while performing valid operations within the application, please send mail to ohs_admin@nuance.com explaining what you were doing when you got this error.

If this error is still encountered, please report and provide the specific URL address when emailing isupport.admin@nuance.com.

Did you know to ignore the NMC "Login unavailable" message in red when viewing User Details?
Customers using Dragon Medical Network Edition (DMNE) and hosted Dragon Medical products on the Nuance Cloud can be presented with a red font message "Login unavailable" in the Nuance Management Console (NMC) after clicking on User Details. This can wrongly be interpreted as a user's inability to log in to the DMNE client. Meaning, this message can be ignored as it is not related to client login issues. Instead, this "Login unavailable" message shows that a user account has recently logged in. The "Login unavailable" message may not be updated in real time, as the NMC periodically polls the NMS to see if that user account is currently logged in and may not immediately redraw this message. This currently functions as designed and can be ignored.

Did you know to disregard red "X" folder icons in Cloud NMC
Customers using Dragon Medical Cloud-based solutions and accessing the Cloud Nuance Management Console (NMC) may be presented with folder icons having a red "X" in the lower-right corner (shown below). These icons can be presented when at the Cloud NMC, Organization level or Speech Node level.
Please disregard any implied significance to these icons with a red "X". These icons do not represent any level of severity, status, or error. These icons were assigned in version 5.1 of the NMS/NMC and are scheduled to be replaced.
