What's fixed
The following PowerScribe® 360 software has been released:
PowerScribe 360 Reporting V4.0.1 Client Update US/UK (7.0.111.25)
The key defects fixed for this release are highlighted below:
- NOTE: This update must be applied on top of the PowerScribe® 360 Reporting V4.0.1 Patch 2a US/UK (7.0.111.20/7.0.111.19).
- When performing a "Report Copy" from a prior report created in PS360 v3.x or older, the values of the report's fill-in fields are reset to the default values of the AutoText.
- The PowerMic disconnect dialog box can appear during report creation workflow when a PowerMic microphone disconnect event occurs causing disruption for the doctors.
- When the Editor uses the key combination "Ctrl+Alt+C" to remove the report text and concordance data, they notice the cursor does not stay in the location last typed or placement of the cursor when the audio stops playing.
PowerScribe® 360 Reporting V4.0.1 Patch 2a US/UK (7.0.111.20/7.0.111.19)
The key defects fixed for this release are highlighted below:
- Voice invoked AutoText places cursor at bottom of report instead of the first fill-in field. If AutoText is invoked via mouse, keyboard or via Default AutoText/Procedure categorization, then behavior is as expected via the setting.
- NOTE: The PS360 Client was updated with the latest PowerMic SDK v110.0.94.3.
- In an AutoText with multiple fill-in fields, where one field contains the name of an AutoText dictated as a value, text dictated into a subsequent field may be inserted into the prior field incorrectly.
- When attempting to perform an "Over the shoulder" signing using the "Shift-F12" key combination, the PS360 Client will receive an exception and close down.
- Editors report 'choppy' or 'patchy' audio during playback of the Impression fill-in field of dictated report that is set to All-Caps.
- The registry key EnableEnvironment is used to disable or enable the PS360 client Environment Logging on a workstation was not working due to a misspelling of the key EnableEnvironment.
- When the user is prompted to change their password during the client login process, the previous password is still used when signing their reports during the current logged in session.
- If an AutoText is voice called into a report as part of a longer utterance, and the AutoText contains a fill-in field marked as all-caps as the first item within the AutoText, the initial part of the utterance may be placed into the report as all-caps.
- The error "The specified file cannot be recognized as valid RadWhere or PowerScribe® shortcut" will occur when importing an AutoText XML file that contains AutoTexts assigned to folders. The XML file will contain the tag Name of Folder, which defines the folder the AutoText was assigned to.
- The message "An unexpected error has occurred. Please notify support if the problem persists." is displayed when attempting to create a patient or order that already exists in the system. A more descriptive warning is now returned.
- In RadPortal, any field that displays information that contains an "&" character will show up as "&".
- When selecting to delete a user's roaming profile from the Accounts view in RadPortal, the process does not occur due to no confirmation window appearing.
- When the Dragon User password contains a carat character in it, the password will reset if additional changes are made and saved within the PS360 RadPortal->System->Configuration settings.
- When importing an AutoText with fill-in fields containing many choices, random letters appear between the fill in fields, and regular text is missing letters or displaced.
- When importing a multi-site AutoText containing sections with the same name across the sites, the import fails with a violation of Unique Key constraint exception will occur.
- In the Physicians view in RadPortal, when importing users from a file that contains updated NPI values, does not get updated if the users already exist in the system.
- When Epic receives an RTF result message from PS360 that contains a number list, sometimes the report in Epic shows a numbered list started and then immediately restarts again.
- Apple notifications are not getting processed from PS360 v4.0.1 servers.
- Added the "PendingSignature" parameter to the McKesson PACS integration for an output value property of "ReportStatus".
PowerScribe 360 Reporting V3.5.3 Client Update US/UK (6.5.73.26)
The key defects fixed for this release are highlighted below:
- NOTE: This update must be applied on top of the PowerScribe® 360 Reporting V3.5.3 Patch 3 US/UK (6.5.73.25).
PowerScribe 360 Reporting V3.5.3 Patch 3 US/UK (6.5.73.25)
The key defects fixed for this release are highlighted below:
- NOTE: The PS360 Client was updated with the latest PowerMic SDK v110.0.94.3.
- Fixed unwanted spaces being added before/after newlines transcribed in Fill-in fields.
- When Dragon tries to download a user’s profile with a Windows 7/Server 2016 configuration via HTTPS, the SSL handshake protocol fails when SSL 2.0 is used. This was caused by Dragon default SSL communication protocol settings. Windows Server 2016 removed support for SSL Protocol type SSL2. Refer to DRGRAD-632 under Updated Dragon (Fixed Defects). Added configuration setting within the PowerScribe Client to hard code SSL protocol, if required. Only works with Dragon Service Pack 1 (v12.54.150.123).
- Extra Spaces Added When Dictating Hyphens in Fill-In Fields.
- When dictating in a blank fill-in field and the user speaks “Scratch That”, not all the text is deleted. The last 3 characters of the dictation remains in the fill-in field.
- While dictating into a fill-in field, using the “Scratch That” command randomly completes as an “Undo That” command.
- If the previous line is bold, the next line below dictated can Intermittently become bold in Report.
- Inserting a Clinical Guidance causes the last character of the Impression section to be moved to the bottom of the inserted Guidance.
- When using the “Start Number list” feature to dictate a numbered list and you say paragraph instead of newline, the paragraph break can become part of the number list.
- After inserting either Clinical Guidance, "Liver Lesion 2017" or "Renal Lesion 2017", the close action of the report causes an "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error to occur.
- The "Delete last utterance" function was not working correctly regardless of the PowerMic button to which it was mapped.
- When a dictated report contains an "Impression" section, the Communicate Critical Results dialogue does not have the option "Include Audio Impression" available to select.
- In an AutoText with multiple fill-in fields, where one field contains the name of an AutoText dictated as a value, text dictated into a subsequent field may be inserted into the prior field incorrectly.
- While a report is being actively dictated by a user, the entire text within the current field being dictated into can be highlighted and dictated over when order data changes during reporting. This can occur when the System and/or User preference “Monitor order data changes during reporting” is set to “Notify and apply changes” (Default value) or “Apply changes without notification”. This issue will not occur if the value is set to “Disabled”.
- Editors report ‘choppy’ or ‘patchy’ audio during playback of the Impression fill-in field of dictated report that is set to All-Caps.
- If an AutoText is voice called into a report as part of a longer utterance, and the AutoText contains a fill-in field marked as all-caps as the first item within the AutoText, the initial part of the utterance may be placed into the report as all-caps.
- Voice Invoked AutoText places cursor at bottom of report instead of the first fill-in field. If AutoText is invoked via mouse, keyboard or via Default AutoText/Procedure categorization, then behavior is as expected via the setting.
- When processing a report to upload, an AccessViolationException may occur. Currently, the report is put into a transmit failure state and requires the admin to monitor and force the report upload. The service has been updated to retry processing the report one more time before setting the report transmit status to failure. Still working on solving the underlining issue.
- When Epic receives an RTF result message from PS360 that contains a number list, sometimes the report in Epic shows a numbered list started and then immediately restarts again.
- When the RadBridge setting “OBX result format” is set to the value “EPIC RTF”, the report RTF is not complete when sent to EPIC preventing it from being transferred successfully.
- NOTE: In order to support the Quality Check/Assure cloud solution to support TLS 1.2 in the future, RAS was updated with a newer CLU SDK to ensure the communication is not disrupted. In addition, the .NET 4.5.2 (or greater) must be installed on the RAS Server to work properly.
- When selecting to download the CDA version of a report from RadPortal, the download fails with a popup message "Unable to cast object type error".
