Dragon Medical One Analytics - overview
Welcome to the Dragon Medical One Analytics User Guide.
Dragon Medical One Analytics collects data related to the Dragon Medical One speech recognition and transcription services usage from various sources (for example, Nuance Management Center and Dragon Medical Server), analyzes the data and produces meaningful and accessible reports. You can view and interact with these reports via NMC.
To access the reports, go to: https://nms.nuancehdp.com/nmchtml
To log on to NMC use the credentials in your welcome kit; the reports are accessed via the Analytics ribbon.
You can filter and sort the information on each report by various criteria (for example, filter by time period or specialty). For more information on how to work with the reports, see: Working with reports.
Prerequisites
- Desktop operating systems: Microsoft Windows 7 or higher
- Processor speed: Minimum 2 Ghz
- RAM: 4 GB or higher
- One of the following web browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
Google Chrome (latest version)
- Display resolution: 1440x900 or greater
- Display size: 15" or greater
Reports
The following types of reports are available.
Productivity reports
These reports provide information on Dragon Medical One usage. They are organized into the following tabs:
- Dragon Medical One User Productivity: The total number of Dragon Medical One licenses grouped into active users, inactive users and unassigned licenses; the total number of lines created and hours spent using Dragon Medical One; the average number of lines created per hour; the Dragon Medical One users' data.
- Dragon Medical One User Efficiency: The total number of auto-texts used; the percentage of lines created via auto-texts; the total number of voice commands used (including step-by-step commands); the Dragon Medical One users' data.
- Dragon Medical One User Details (detailed information on a user compared to the information on the group the user belongs to): The total number of lines created and hours spent using Dragon Medical One; the average number of lines created per hour; the total number of auto-texts used; the percentage of lines created via auto-texts; the total number of voice commands used (including step-by-step commands).
- Dragon Medical One Productivity Forecast: The estimated total number of lines created and hours spent using Dragon Medical One; the estimated average number of lines created per hour; the estimated total number of auto-texts used; the estimated percentage of lines created via auto-texts; the estimated total number of voice commands used (including step-by-step commands).
Cost savings and productivity reports
These reports provide information on Dragon Medical One and transcription usage. They are organized into the following tabs:
- Dragon Medical One and Transcription: The total number of lines created using Dragon Medical One and the total number of lines created using transcription services; the costs saved due to the Dragon Medical One usage.
- Dragon Medical One User Productivity: The total number of Dragon Medical One licenses grouped into active users, inactive users and unassigned licenses; the total number of lines created and hours spent using Dragon Medical One; the average number of lines created per hour; the Dragon Medical One users' data.
- Dragon Medical One User Efficiency: The total number of auto-texts used; the percentage of lines created via auto-texts; the total number of voice commands used (including step-by-step commands); the Dragon Medical One users' data.
- Dragon Medical One/Transcription Usage: The Dragon Medical One and transcription services users' data.
- Dragon Medical One User Details (detailed information on a user compared to the information on the group the user belongs to): The total number of lines created and hours spent using Dragon Medical One; the average number of lines created per hour; the total number of auto-texts used; the percentage of lines created via auto-texts; the total number of voice commands used (including step-by-step commands).
