Logging In and Out

To log in to the Administrator Portal:

1.  Open Internet Explorer and type the following URL:

http://<PowerScribe 360 | Reporting Server Name>/RadPortal/login.aspx

where <PowerScribe 360 | Reporting Server Name> is the name of the server where the Portal is installed.

2.  Enter your user name and password. At your first login, you are required to change your password. Follow the prompts to change the password, and then continue.

Depending on the role and privileges assigned to you by your administrator and your actions during your last session, you will see either the Administrator Portal or the PowerScribe 360 | Reporting Portal page upon logging in.

3.  When you have finished working in the Administrator Portal or PowerScribe 360 Portal, click the Sign Out link (located in the upper-right portion of the menu bar in any main Administrator Portal window) to return to the login screen, or just close your browser.

NOTE: As a security precaution, the Sign in window reappears if the system is idle for an extended period of time. Re-enter your user name and password to continue.

For Administrator Portal administrators (also referred to a master administrators), the session time out period is 60 minutes; for security reasons, this setting cannot be changed in the Administrator Portal. For users who have been assigned roles, the default is ‘never’ and this preference can be changed for individual users or at the system level.
