Nuance Management Center 2020.3 includes system optimizations to improve resiliency and the following changes:
The Nuance Management Center version has changed from 6.x to 2020.3. The version is visible on the Nuance Management Center console login screen. Going forward, the versioning scheme will follow the Year.Quarter format.
There are two new search fields on the User Accounts page (User Accounts>Search):
You can use these fields to search for user accounts with a specific NTLM login or Token login. You can search for users across domains in a single organization. You can search either for NTLM login or for Token login; you cannot perform a search using both fields at once. When you perform a search using either criteria, all other search fields become unavailable.
You must select an organization to use these fields.
When you import users using an XML or text (CSV) file, you can now include the <GroupMembership> tag in your import file to indicate users' group membership. You can then import the users and select the Overwrite existing group membership option during the import to replace users’ existing group memberships in Nuance Management Center with the group membership specified in your import file.
For more information, see the "Importing new or modifying existing users" section of the "Working with user accounts" topic in the Nuance Management Center Help.
