Explorer Window Toolbar (for Editors)

NOTE: If you are an attending, resident, or fellow provider, click here for that Explorer toolbar.

 

The following table describes the function of the icons on the Explorer toolbar. Click the gray arrow at the far right of the toolbar to add/remove items.

NOTE: In nearly all cases, the Menu bar has an identical function if you prefer to use it.

NOTE: A hidden (grayed out) icon indicates that the feature is not available for the current report or user.

 

Icon

Description

If you have been given the right to begin a report, the New icon becomes available. Click the icon and select one either Wet Read or Draft to start a new report.

Opens the currently selected report.

Saves the selected report as a Draft version. A Draft report has been dictated but is still being worked on by the radiologist.

Returns the selected report to the provider for review and signature.

Launches the PowerShare Network web page (optional feature)

Opens the My Productivity dialog box.

Starts the AutoFeed function, which automatically brings up your next report in the Report Editor, based on your search results in the Explorer window.
