Addressed an issue that caused Dragon Medical One to terminate when using step-by-step commands that were imported from Nuance Dragon Medical Network Edition. [SOD-16884]
When automatic voice focus anchoring is enabled while documenting into comment text boxes (for example, "Boolean Comment" or "Suggested Comment") in the Allscripts SCM application, the Dictation Box sometimes opens. [SOD-16549]
